Antara® Edit

Antara creates an inviting atmosphere with a relaxed rustic appeal. The weathered look of this paver gives a rustic charm and a welcoming feeling to the exterior of your home. Combine Antara with Copthorne for that signature look.

Jointing Material and Joint Stabilization

• Good: ordinary dry joint sand

Avante Ashlar™ Edit

Avante Ashlar, another innovative introduction by Unilock, features a unique quarried stone pattern with a random appearance. Each Avante Ashlar stone unit incorporates multiple shapes with varying textures into one module. The exclusive “L” shaped design promotes installation accuracy and lock-up integrity

The large unit sizes and the pleasant colors of Beacon Hill make it a fabulous patio or pool deck paver. The subtle flagstone impression provides for a striking visual day or night.

Belpasso Edit

A virtually impenetrable surface is one of the remarkable features of Belpasso. This non-slip, EasyClean surface is ideal for any application from patio to streetscape. The TitanTec™ surface of Belpasso repels any staining substance or chemical. Not even sulfuric acid will affect the surface!

Base Requirement & Bedding Course – standard paver base specification or on open graded material for raised patios, terraces or concrete overlays.

Handling and Installation– A protective pad is required when doing the final paver compaction. Care must be taken to avoid tossing stones so that they bang against each other. Damage to the surface appearance can happen if handled too rough. Running Bond or Herringbone is recommended. Install from multiple palettes for best color distribution. Gloves recommended.

Jointing Material and Joint Stabilization

• Good: Ordinary dry joint sand
  • Better: Most polymeric sands can be used (proper cleaning is essential prior to and during activation)

Sealers

• A light sealer wipe may mask any tamper scuffs

Cleaners – Product made with TitanTec™ and EasyClean™ Surface Technologies. Clean up with detergent and water if necessary.

Brussels Block® Edit

Brussels Block is the original tumbled concrete paver in North America and still our most popular. The relaxed appearance of Brussels Block fits in practically any design situation. Consider accenting or bordering with Copthorne for a very striking yet classic look.

Brussels Fullnose™ Edit

When a hard edge or corner is not appropriate in your landscape plan, this paving stone Fullnose edger is the perfect solution. With its smooth, rounded exposed edge, it’s ideal for pool edges, the front of steps, seat wall coping, and as edging around areas like driveways and walkways.

Jointing Material and Joint Stabilization

No jointing sands required because this product is generally installed skin tight or adhered onto the application substrate using Unilock Concrete Adhesive, Techniseal Concrete Adhesive, and Surebond SB 10 or similar. Make sure that the Fullnose units and the substrate are free of dust, dirt and moisture prior to gluing.

Camelot Edit

Camelot can be described as a contemporary cobblestone. Each paver in this multi-paver system is slightly rounded compared to your typical brick – style paver. The result is something modern yet reminiscent of cobblestone but with a distinctive point of difference.

The surface of each Copthorne paver is uniquely cast using Reala Surface technology to capture the feel of Europe’s oldest brick streets. Made with Ultima concrete, you not only get that bygone look and feel, with the assurance that Copthorne can be used in the most demanding of applications.

Handling & Installation – A protective pad is required when doing the final paver compaction. Be sure to offset joints for best appearance. Cutting is seldom required if you are installing a curvilinear walkway. Minimum radius 6 feet for curved applications. Install from multiple palettes for best color distribution.

o  Polymeric sand is often installed too high in the joint. Ensure the sand level is lower than the paver surface to allow for a three dimensional appearance.

o  Alliance Gator Maxx Polymeric Sand is recommended for concrete overlays.

Sealers

• Product may be sealed but it is not absolutely required
• Sealers generally decrease the slip resistance of a product
• Unilock Unicare, Surebond, BP Pro and Techniseal sealers can be used.
  • Semi-gloss sealers will still appear glossy on this product. Please test a stone to ensure the desired effect.
• Product must be cleaned before sealing

Cleaners – Any paver cleaner from Unilock, Techniseal, Surebond or BP- Pro is acceptable.

Special note: Other than overlay on concrete stoops and steps, you should have a bedding layer between the pavers and the poured concrete surface to avoid issues with height variance.

Courtstone Edit

Cobblestone style meets high technology. Made with Ultima concrete which is up to 4 times stronger than conventional poured concrete, Courtstone is the ultimate driveway and accent paver. Each cobble is uniquely formed to closely resemble authentic European cobblestones.

Base Requirement & Bedding Course – standard paver specification

Handling & Installation – A protective pad is required when doing the final paver compaction. Courtstone installs in a linear random only. Be sure to offset joints for best appearance. Cutting is seldom required if you carefully select the end paver sizes. Recommend that the orientation of the pavers to be oriented in the direction to avoid “visual corn rows” as much as possible. The random pattern is the most pleasing. Minimum radius 6 feet for curved applications. Install from multiple palettes for best color distribution.

Dura-Mat’s interlocking concrete units fasten together on all sides forming a permanent anti-erosion carpet. The interlocking system of Dura-Mat allows contouring to most terrain conditions. The solid-to-void ratio also allows for vegetation growth where desired. Ideal for detention pond and swale lining.

Brushed clay brick is the best way to describe this Unilock exclusive paver. Made with EnduraColor Plus, Il Campo’s uniquely engrained slip resistant surface features angular brush lines on the surface, creating wonderful highlights in early morning or evening lighting conditions.

Turfstone has long been a favorite of landscape architects and engineers for areas requiring a supported turf. Cleaners –Umbriano has EasyClean, a dirt and stain repellant, manufactured directly into the surface of the stone, assists in cleanup of initial spills and stains. Longer term stains may require a cleaner. Any paver cleaner from Unilock, Techniseal, Surebond or BP- Pro is acceptable.  Testing a small area is recommended to ensure acceptable results.

Unigranite® Edit

Composed of granite, basalt and other hard-wearing materials, Unigranite adds a “split-face” textural border or accent element to any patio, driveway or wall application. Combine Unigranite with Brussels Block or Stonehenge tumbled pavers and Pisa or Estate tumbled walls to create an appealing and complementary look and feel.

Handling and Installation– Product can be installed split faced (guillotine splitter- best or hand-chiseled for a rougher face). A saw-cut face can also be used to give a terrazzo look.

Note: Split face units should not be compacted with a power tamper but manually set with a mallet for optimum appearance.
